Payment information
To secure your booking, we require a deposit or full payment, depending on your selected session. Payment can be made via credit/debit card or PayPal. We will provide you with a secure payment link after you submit your booking.
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled day care session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will be subject to our cancellation policy.
Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with all the details, including the date and time of your dog’s day care session. Please have your confirmation email ready when you drop off your dog.
